The author, Joseph Ganci, a biblical scholar, visionary, prophetic interpreter and great story teller!!! His book Gideon: The Sound and the Glory takes the reader on a poetic journey of exciting adventure, intrigue, romance, deceit, murder, honor, betrayal, prophesy and war. Would liken His book to episodes in a “Star Wars” movie!
Gideon: The Sound and the Glory has the ingredients of a great epic! From a passage excerpt, David, son of Jesse concludes: “I have talked to God, and He has been gracious to me in our communication. I have come to the conclusion that no bejeweled vestment is actually necessary or needed to speak to God. I believe that it is an affront … This ungodly treasure has a history of death and violence. Reminded of the song, Battle Hymn of the Republic, the lyric, “As he died to make men holy, let us live to make men free.” Highly recommend Gideon: The Sound and the Glory.
