An excellent book on Basic Yoga instruction, that is good for beginners and some instructors, goes into more detail than some Yoga books, I have been doing Yoga a long time, just practice, get a certain asana down, then move on to others, stay with it, and do the ones that work for you and help your body the best, in your opinion. Make it your life, you will never regret it 20-40 years from now!
