Consider yourself a very lucky person for stumbling upon this fantastic cookbook. Without hesitation, just order it! I am truly amazed at the absolutely delicious recipes in this book. Since my family avoids refined gluten and sugar, I thought this was a cookbook I had to try, especially due to our love for chocolate. Not only are the recipes Paleo, but (in my opinion) are better than any regular recipes using white/cane sugar or all purpose flour. I have been baking for thirty years and am amazed how great these chocolate indulgences are! Just now I made the chocolate banana pancakes and topped them with diced bananas, sliced almonds and flax seeds. Tastes like chocolate cake...heaven! I made the bundt cake last week for a friend who came by. She is not healthy in any way, shape, or form and couldn't stop eating it. She asked for the recipe and because of that recipe alone, claims she's going to make better food choices, not realizing healthier can be delicious. Two days ago I did the chocolate chunk cookies...devine! They taste as good or not better than any chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. My husband wants me to make batches of them to give to his friends to encourage them to make better food choices. We are clean, strict eaters, BUT if you are already Paleo, considering Paleo or wanting to improve your food lifestyle, this is a must-have book for those sweet cravings!
