A true Classic and an essential addition to any library for one who is practicing Mussar. The words of wisdom found within these pages will cause one to examine their own life and encourage a renewing of mental, spiritual, and physical mastery. Kudos to Torah Classics for putting this and many other invaluable works together, in English nonetheless, at an affordable price. A highly recommended book!
