A beautiful cookbook with gorgeous recipes and accompanying photos and the hardback is very well constructed. Some recipes such as the tomatoe/strawberry carpacio are very simple but lovely to put together and even more so, to eat. Some are more challenging but all the recipes that I have tried so far have been quite unique, many with mixtures of spices and ingredients that are both surprising and delicious. There is some missing info in some of the recipes and if you are in the US you frequently need to look up terms and occaisionally measurements/temps but this is quibbling, as overall this is really a stunning effort.
